I work with you is to listen to your story. Each of us is unique, each story is different so I take great care to listen and understand how you see things and what is important to you. My goal is “to walk in your shoes”. Together we find common ground to work on utilizing your own skills and knowledge as well as learning new skills to promote emotional and physical well-being.

I have always had a passion for mental health. I have worked in the field in the UK and US for over 30 years. I am a certified teacher of Qigong. (A practice similar to Indian Yoga) and I utilize these practices in combination with “talk” therapy to help you develop the ability to tap your own inner strength and to connect to the silence that we all have within us. If this strikes a chord it would be my honor to work with you. We are conveniently located close to inter-coastal in North Palm Beach. Call today for a free 20 minute consultation.
